Are We the Right Fit for Your Business?

When businesses look for IT support, most IT companies will try to convince you they’re the perfect fit for everyone.

The truth is…that’s rarely the case.

At Rethink Your IT, we know we won’t be the right partner for every business and that’s OK. Good working relationships start with the right expectations.

So here are a few situations where we might not be the best choice for you.

If you’re just looking for the cheapest IT support

There will always be someone cheaper.

If your priority is simply to find the lowest monthly cost or the cheapest hourly rate, we probably won’t win that race.

That’s because our focus is on proactive support, strong cybersecurity and helping your business use technology properly - not just fixing things when they break.

Our clients tend to value reliability, security and good advice more than shaving a few pounds off the IT bill.

If you only want help when something breaks

Some businesses prefer a purely reactive approach to IT. They only call for help when something stops working.

We take a different approach. We believe good IT support should be proactive — monitoring systems, improving security and preventing problems before they disrupt your business.

That approach works best when we build an ongoing relationship with our clients.

If you like lots of technical jargon

Technology can be complicated enough without making the explanation complicated too.

We make a point of explaining things in plain English, so you understand what’s happening and why.

If you enjoy conversations filled with acronyms and technical language, we might be disappointingly clear.

If security isn’t a priority

We take cybersecurity seriously. That means sometimes we’ll ask a few extra questions or take an extra step to verify requests.
