Do you tie clients in to long contracts?

No. We have monthly rolling contracts for our IT support.

Yes, most issues can be fixed remotely, but when something needs hands-on attention, we’re happy to come onsite and get it sorted.

How do I log a support ticket?

You can log a ticket by emailing our support address or giving us a call. We also have a helpdesk portal. All queries go straight into our system so we can pick them up quickly.

How do you keep our business safe from cyber attacks

Do you provide cybersecurity training for our staff?
